I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from NeuMarkt Gallery and ShilderGasse, making it super convenient to explore the area. The rooms were spacious and the decoration was lovely, providing a cozy atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. The breakfast was amazing, offering everything needed for a great start to the day. However, the dining experience was just normal, and the price could have been a bit more budget-friendly.

The location is perfect for shopping, bars, restaurants, and the Winter Wonderland market with a fantastic view over the city and river. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.
